My name is Timothy Motoyuki Prag

I am a Washington and Oregon Medical Board-Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, who is also completing training to become a Chinese Medicine Doctor.

I have over a decade of experience helping patients lead happier and healthier lives. Before I was helping patients through a blend of bodywork and movement therapies,

I synthesized the most helpful Western Sciences into a health improvement program that included mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, communication, and other aspects of health.

I adapted this program to my work with adults, high-school students, and local non-profits in the Phoenix area, acquiring over 10,000 hours of experience! In the last decade, I have integrated this program into quality of life improvement for patients and students!"
