But it will make the rest of life effortless.
We will meet at the pace and time that works for You.
Consistently enough and for long enough to focus you on the things that ensure your desired change happens and becomes comfortable habit.
As efficiently as possible.
✅ The perfect client wants a shift in healing,
health, or advanced (optimal) health.
✅ They may be suffering from a health concern they
want to solve for good; or a goal they've struggled
repeatedly to achieve. They know with a bit more
discipline they might actually get somewhere, but
for whatever reason they remain at square one. ✅ They seek an accountability partner
and expert guidance to help sustainably get through
the barrier.
✅ They may be seeking natural and lifestyle
approaches to feeling more consistently
comfortable in minds and bodies, to feel more
peace, efficiency, focus, connection, Stability.
and/or
✅ Want to combat, reverse GERD, memory loss, organ
dysfunction, chronic stress, anxiety, depression;
and any insult to quality of life; whether from dis-
ease, surgery, and/or other traumatic events;
without relying solely on medication (maybe even
later working with a provider to reduce or stop
completely).
Our approach combines health education, behavior change science, neuro-emotional counseling, and transformational somatics such as tai chi walking.
We are informed by expert understanding of what is important to health - from Western- and Eastern- Scientific viewpoints - bridging over 14 years of professional education and experience - including training in psychology, education, western and eastern health science.
Our Step-by-Step Process
I. To ensure clients are successful in achieving and sustaining their health goals - and autonomously maintaining and growing their gains - we meet regularly in person, by phone, and/or video until you feel solid in the new.
In the first meeting, we clarify your health goals, identifying the most supportive education, physical and thinking habits for getting there.
II. Each week we point our willpower towards these Habits, until step-by-solid-step - they become the new ground.
Habits may include anything from spending more time in nature, growing community + improving the consistency of eating routines.
They can also include routines ensuring deeper sleep, more nourishing movement; self-care incorporated into the work day; life hacks such as meal prep (ie both the practice of it, and the simple keys to preparing Nutritious, Delicious, and Easy-to-make Food).
In general, we find the smallest changes for the greatest impact, incorporating more as each prior step is solid!
Most health coaching is rooted solely in the Wisdom of Western Science. Under the time-tested Five Elements or Five Phase (Wu Shing) model, I synthesize over fourteen years of training in Eastern and Western Health Sciences, offering a more holistic approach to helping you achieving peak wellness, and/or support You in resolving dis-ease.


*Coaching is an essential component of our health services as almost all clients can benefit from progressive lifestyle change. It's included in our "Integrative Health Service", emphasizing both bodywork and lifestyle change. Learn.
*Coaching may be over video (zoom), phone, or in person, when available.

Engagement Checks (A short text helping You stay true to your Aims, When we'll be available for Optional Engagement Calls)
Packages
Available in 1 month, 3 mo., 6 month, and 12 mo Programs.
Typically, it takes several months or more for new habits to start "setting,". For that reasons, we recommend at least a three month commitment, with six or more as an ideal for genuine sustaining change.
Once you experience having someone make the pathways to health easier and more focused, you may discover a longer arrangement is the Way.

Intake (120-180 min) - $325
Follow up (90+ min) - $200
*Rates subject to increase as we develop the public-education branch of the organization. Clients will be kept at the same rate they start at, for a year or more.
**If it's more effective for the individual, the follow up can be broken into shorter, weekly sessions.
1 Month Trial - $400 ($-40) = $360)
3 Month Package - $1,200 - 115 = $1085
6 Month Package - $2400 - $240 = $2,160
1 Year Package - $4800-501 = $4,299

We'll engineer a solid map, let you know how long we think it will take to achieve your goals; and what it will take.
